Overview
The ZTGASGA215Oxygen Analyzer provides rapid and precise oxygen analysis across a range of 1 ppm to 100%. It enables continuous online monitoring with a typical response time of less than 5 seconds for 90% gas composition changes.

This analyzer utilizes a zirconia sensor that requires operation above 650°C to facilitate oxygen ion conduction. The device features a precision-regulated power supply to maintain optimal sensor temperature and an internal pressure sensor to compensate for minor pressure fluctuations, ensuring stable readings.

Equipped with a highpower diaphragm pump, the ZGA1100 supports sampling rates from 0 to 1.2 L/min and allows independent pump shutdown during flow operations. It includes configurable alarm systems (voltage-free contacts), programmable analog outputs (0–10V or 4–20mA), and is easily calibrated using dual or triple gas mixtures. Data transmission and logging are supported via RS232 (RS485 optional). Optional accessories include printers, carrying cases, and gas filters.
