As the officially authorized "General Agent in China, China Technical Service Center and China After-sales Service Center" of ZTGas, Shanghai Mugong Industry Co., Ltd. now launches the ZTGas WGM series gas mixers to the market. As a core product of ZTGas, this series has become a reliable choice in the industrial gas control field with the core advantages of stable proportioning, convenient maintenance and simple operation. Its mixing accuracy is better than ±0.5%, supporting full-range proportioning adjustment from 0% to 100%, with a flow range of 0-100Nm³/h, which can flexibly adapt to the production capacity and process requirements of different industries.

The WGM series is divided into two categories: FIX Basic Model and FLX Adjustable Model, with a comprehensive range of models:

  • FIX Basic Model includes WGM15-2/3, WGM25-2/3, WGM35-2/3, WGM50-2/3, WGM75-2/3, WGM100-2/3

  • FLX Adjustable Model covers all models from WGM15-2 to WGM100-2

The number "2" in the model represents binary gas mixing, and "3" represents ternary gas mixing, which can accurately meet diverse gas component requirements and is compatible with the proportioning of various gases and mixtures such as N₂, CO₂, Ar, O₂, and H₂. Within the designed flow range, the gas mixing ratio and flow rate of the series equipment remain stable at all times, and the real-time gas flow and consumption will not affect the proportioning accuracy, effectively solving the industry pain point of traditional equipment that "precision decreases with working condition fluctuations".

The WGM series has outstanding practical advantages, greatly reducing the enterprise's use cost and operation and maintenance difficulty:

  1. No need to store bottled premixed gas or expensive buffer tanks, reducing the enterprise's initial investment and storage space occupation;

The adjustable model supports flexible parameter adjustment, is equipped with remote monitoring and alarm modules to realize intelligent operation and maintenance; at the same time, it is equipped with a proportional mixing valve with an adjustment knob and a percentage scale, which can realize stepless mixing adjustment and easily cope with complex and variable process requirements.

In terms of safety guarantee, the WGM series also performs excellently: it is standard equipped with the automatic mixing stop function when gas source is interrupted. When any gas supply source is interrupted, the equipment will stop immediately, avoiding the output of unqualified mixed gas from the source. At the same time, the equipment can be optionally equipped with functions such as remote monitoring, inlet pressure alarm, digital pressure display, parameter over-limit alarm, and historical data traceability, further improving the safety and management convenience of the production process.

Product specifications adapt to multi-scenario application needs: the maximum inlet pressure can reach 25bar, and the applicable temperature range of the basic model is -10℃-50℃; the shell is made of stainless steel, with excellent environmental protection performance, supporting outdoor installation; the operation panel can be wall-mounted, and the built-in locking function can be enabled to prevent unauthorized personnel from modifying parameters.
